Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details at all. You only need a card when you upgrade to Essential, Pro or Agent.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — we don't charge cancellation fees.
What counts as one "property"?
Each separate address is one property. A house in multiple occupation (HMO) is one property. A landlord with two flats at different addresses has two properties.
Is the Information Sheet really free to send?
Yes, always and forever — even on the Free plan. The 31 May deadline affects every landlord in England with a written tenancy. We send the Information Sheet free to help you meet your legal obligation.
